Vapor Rising

A trillionaire has become the ruler of Venus after he completes construct on two cloud cities, traps the inhabitants and seizes control. After a young genius engineer's mother is murder, they plan an escape and seek revenge utilizing their intellect and the cities' main power source: steam.
